All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
We offer a flat $6 north island & $12 south island delivery service to our New Zealand customers. At this time we do not offer a flat delivery rate outside of New Zealand, but please contact us if you do require this service and we will calculate shipping for you.

+ We only ship to one address per/order
+ We do not ship weekends/public holidays
+ Track n Trace service used/signature required
+ whitegold. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier
+ Exceptions may apply for delivery of heavier object/furniture
Christmas Shipping Dates:
In order to receive your purchases for Christmas Day please review the following dates. These dates have been provided by our courier companies, and cannot be guaranteed, so it is best to work with these dates to ensure your Christmas purchase will make it in time. NEW ZEALAND North Island Order Prior 16 December South Island Order Prior 14 December.
Please Note the Following:

+ You will be informed ASAP if the goods you have ordered are not available
+ We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
+ Some products are only available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellation of order must be made immediately. If your goods have already been shipped please follow our return policy below.
NOTE: If you choose to cancel your order & have paid with credit card or LAYBUY, there will be a 5% processing fee.
The team at whitegold. have carefully selected products featured on the website that are on trend, popular within the store from both customers & employees. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the product is faulty, then it may be returned to us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/credit note.

+ A refund will be given once we have received and checked the product, then you will be contacted by the whitegold. team via email/phone to confirm your refund.
+ All shipping charges associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
+ whitegold. reserves the right to reject returns outside the 7 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in new condition/used and/or original packaging.

+ Layby For Sale Items is accepted, but customer cannot exchange or get store credit, so choose carefully please.
whitegold. will ship your order once payment has cleared and we will let you know via email when your parcel is on it's way. This email will include your track and trace number so you can keep an eye on your order, with either New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. If an item is of stock or unavailable the whitegold. team will contact you within the first 24hrs after purchase has been made. We apologise in advance but stock levels at peak trends are tricky to keep an eye on – but we will do our very best to get the out of stock item to you as soon as possible if this is the case.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unusual event your item is damaged or if you suspect your parcel may be damaged in transit we recommend that you write STI (subject to inspection) beside your signature and then contact us immediately so that we can contact our courier company.

We use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.
